It’s not often that I come across something which captures my complete attention and which then holds it. Sometimes something just emerges from a background of the ordinary or routine and makes an impact.

The development and brochure are pure class and the exposed concrete framework of the development is incredible. The introduction of the varying coloured panels makes a great contrast with the dull industrial concrete, but is also quite fitting as coloured panels are very much a 1960/70’s feature of large commercial buildings.
